Countermeasure
Replace the toner bottle.
Contact the sending end.
Set the Automatic Reception
mode.
If paper has run out, replace
the paper supply to print out
the document stored in
memory.
Follow the troubleshooting
instructions to reset the alarm.
Make a copy at this unit. If
the copy is clear, contact the
sending side to check for
trouble.
Countermeasure
Connect the external
telephone cord to the main
unit.
Connect the line cord to the
main unit.
Try again after line is free.
Reset the line type to match
the type of line used.
Increase the volume of the
Monitor speaker.
