Users and User Management Mode

Different settings can be saved for each user of the machine. Users are
defined as individual persons using the unit, or users can be separate
departments using the machine. Unauthorized machine usage is prevented
by pre-registering approved users.
Users:
Those persons who are registered in the IT3510/IT2510 are called Users. Users can
use the mailbox or any other function that have been specified for the user, once they
are registered. Refer to Section 2.15 Registering Users in Chapter 3 Registration and
Setting Operations on page 3-37.
Users are registered using the Administrator Management screen. Refer to Section
2.2 Accessing the Administrator Management Screen in Chapter 3 Registration and
Setting Operations on page 3-12.
Registered user data can be amended by the users. Refer to Section 2.8 Amending
User Data in Chapter 4 Advanced Registration and Setting Operations on page 4-35.
User Management Mode:
The usage status for each user can be confirmed. Unauthorized use of the machine
can be prevented by registering a password for each user. Refer to Section 2.7
Confirming the Usage Status of Each User in Chapter 4 Advanced Registration and
Setting Operations on page 4-34.
