Setting the cut-off length when
reduction is not set:
1. Select [LongDoc], and
touch [Cut Off Length].
2. Touch [
enter the length to be cut
off, then touch [Enter].

To select:
If [Cut Off] is selected, the
document im age is cut off and
printed when the incoming
document is longer than the
print paper. The maxim um
length to be cut off should be
set. If the received document
image would still be longer
than the print paper selected
(even with the maxim um cut
off set), the document is
divided onto two sheets
instead of being cut off.

Cut-off length:
The cut-off length can be set
between 0 to 24 mm. The
settings include: 0/8/12/14/18/
20/24 mm .
Each time[
cut-off length becomes
shorter.
Each time[
cut-off length becomes longer.

Confirm the setting details
when the screen returns to
that shown in step 2. Touch
[Enter] if they are correct.

To modify:
Touch the key for the items to be
modified to change the setting.
