5. Install steering wheel to the steering control valve. Secure steering wheel
nut to the steering control valve. Torque steering wheel nut from 27.1 to
35.3 N·m (20 to 26 ft−lb).
6. Secure steering wheel cap to the steering wheel with six philips pan head
screws.
