About the Difference Between A4 and A4R Orientations
This manual uses A4 and A4R as the sizes for paper and originals. The "R" in A4R is used to distinguish between the two
orientations of paper or originals.

This model has an easy to use auto dialling feature. Frequently used fax numbers and names can be entered and easily dialed
to send faxes.

Entering Rapid Dialling Information Corrections Erasing
By entering rapid dialling information, you can dial numbers without using numeric
keys by simply pressing a rapid key. Together with group dial numbers, you can
enter up to 35 numbers.
How to Enter Rapid Dialling Information

From fax mode press the ENTRY key.

About the START key and ENTER key
Depending on the display you are instructed to press

the START key or the ENTER key. However, instead of
pressing the ENTER key where instructed to do so, you
can also press the START key and perform the operation
correctly.
The following message is displayed.
RAPID KEY
1=SET, 2=CLEAR
Instead of pressing the "1" key you can also press the left arrow key

) or right arrow key ( ) until the following message appears, and
then press the ENTER key.
