Selecting Whether to Send a Cover Sheet
When Setting

In fax mode, press the FUNCTION key, then press the
"2" key.
COVER SHEET SET
1=OFF,
Instead of pressing the "2" key you can also press the left arrow key
(
) or right arrow key ( ) until this message appears and press the
ENTER key.
Press the "2" key.

Perform the sending operation.

The cover sheet function is automatically cleared after the fax
transmission.
Cancelling the Cover Sheet

Press the FUNCTION key, then press the "2" key.

Press the "1" key.

Even if the cover sheet function is set, it is cancelled by
the following oerations.
Note
Pressing the CLEAR ALL key.
Entering copy mode.
Using the auto clear function. (Please refer to the
"User Programs" section of the copier operation
manual.)
If, however, user program P154 AUTO COVER SHEET
is turned ON, the cover sheet is not cancelled.
