ENTERING INFORMATION AND SETTING PROGRAMS (P101-P161)
P121 SYSTEM NO. SETTING
Use program P121 to enter the system number of your fax machines. This number is used when you want your fax machine
to poll another fax machine. System numbers can only be used with certain SHARP models. You can print out the system
number you have entered.
When you enter P121, the following message is displayed.
P121:SYSTEM # MODE
1 Press the START key.

1 Press the "1" key.
ENTER SYSTEM #
(0000-9999)
If a system number has already been entered, it is displayed.
2 Enter the 4-digit system number using the numeric keys.
The number that you enter becomes effective and the old number is erased.
Press the START key.

1 Press the "2" key.
If you entered a system number that was not previously entered, you return to the user program display.
2 Press the START key.
P122 CONF. BOX # SETTING
Use program P122 to enter the confidential box number and passcode for confidential fax reception. You can create up to 10
confidential boxes, and enter 4-digit passcode numbers (0000 to 9999). You can confirm the confidential boxes and passcodes
with the OPTIONAL SETTING LIST PRINT user program. For more information, see page Appendix-27. When you enter
P122, the following message is displayed.
