ENTERING AUTO DIALLING INFORMATION
Erasing Group Dialling Information
There are two ways to erase group dialling information-erasing the entire group
and erasing only certain numbers from a group.

From fax mode, press the ENTRY key.
Press the "3" key.

GROUP KEY
1=SET, 2=CLEAR
Instead of pressing the "3" key you can also press the left arrow key
(
) or right arrow key ( ) until this message appears, and then press
the ENTER key.

Press the "2" key.
Select to clear group dialling information.
GROUP CLEAR
PRESS GROUP KEY

Press the rapid key (01 to 35) that contains the group
dialling information that you want to erase.
Example
G08 CLEAR:SELECT
1=FAX #, 2=GROUP

Press the number "1" or "2" key.
When selecting "1"
The recipient's fax number is erased from the group. Continue with
step 6.
When selecting "2"
The entire group is erased, and you return to step 2. If you want to
delete more group information continue with steps 2 through 5.
