Using the Search Dialling
Press the SEARCH DIAL key.

ENTER 3 DIGITS
Open the rapid key overlay, enter the first three characters of the
name you are searching for, and press the ENTER key.
You can also look for a name by pressing the left arrow key (
right arrow key (
Press the left arrow key (
you are looking for is displayed.

Press the START key.
The transmission operation finishes.

When the reservation is completed, a "beep" sounds, and the
following message is displayed.

STAND-BY
The recipient is dialed then the fax is sent.
Cancelling
To cancel a fax...
Press the CLEAR key and sending is cancelled. (See page 2-12)
In memory mode the original is scanned, the number
is dialed, and the original is sent.
Note
When the recipient's telephone is busy
If the recipient's phone is busy or has been ringing
for 45 seconds with no answer, the fax machine stops
the transmission attempt and automatically redials
the number. (See page 2-3)
