When using serial polling

In fax mode, press the SENDING OPTIONS key.
Press the "6" key.

Instead of pressing the "6" key you can also press the left arrow key
(
) or right arrow key ( ) until this message appears and press the
ENTER key.
If a polling or serial polling operation is already set, you
cannot set a new polling operation. When the previously

set operation is finished, you can set a new polling
operation.

Enter the fax numbers of the fax machines you want to
poll using the numeric keys.
You use rapid dialling, speed dialling, group dialling, or redial to enter the
number (you can redial the first number entered in serial polling only).
Cancelling
When you make a mistake entering...
Press the CLEAR key, and enter the number again.
You cannot use program or search dialling with serial
polling.

Press the START key.

Repeat steps 3 and 4 to enter more fax numbers for
serial polling (up to 200 numbers).
For example, if 2 group dial numbers contain 50 fax
numbers each, they count as 100 numbers.

When you are finished entering fax numbers, press the
START key.

Serial polling begins.
Cancelling
When cancelling a serial polling operation...
Press the CLEAR key and the serial polling operation is cancelled.
