How to Set Dual Access

The method for setting dual access depends on the operation type.
The procedure for using a fax function in a dual access operation is the same as that for using the function normally. Refer
to the page listed for the function you want to use. However, you scan must the original into memory.
Current job is executing
Before performing a relay request, you must enter a relay group. (See page 3-12)
Before performing a program sending operation, you must enter a program. (See page 3-25)
If the recipient's phone is busy, the next dual access job is sent while the first job is waiting to make another redial attempt.
The sending order for dual access job is as follows.
Jobs that have been waiting to make another redial attempt have priority when it is time to make another redial attempt.
Jobs are sent in the order in which they were scanned (When performing timer operation sending, the time scheduled for
the job).
Also, a dual access broadcast sending cannot be performed while another dual access jobs is waiting to make another redial
attempt.
When you perform dual access from direct sending mode, if there is a job currently executing, sending is performed after
the currently executing job finishes.
You cannot perform polling and serial polling simultaneously as a dual access operation.
