Enter the 4-digit passcode using the numeric keys.

Press the START key.
The following message is displayed.
ENTER BOX NAME
Enter the confidential box name using the character entry keys and press the ENTER key.

The confidential box name can contain up to 20 characters.
For more information about entering characters, see section "HOW TO ENTER CHARACTERS". (See page 2-37)
After entering the passcodes, the fax prints out the list for your records.

How to Erase Confidential box Numbers

Press the "2" key.
ENTER BOX #
BOX #(00-99)

Enter the 2-digit confidential box number you want to erase.

Press the START key.
The following message is displayed.
ENTER CONF. CODE
PASSCODE #
If you enter a confidential box number that has not been previously entered, you return to the user program
display. Note that you cannot erase a confidential box number if that confidential box contains confidential faxes
that are currently in memory. In this case, you return to the user program display.

Enter the 4-digit passcode using the numeric keys.

Press the START key.
If you made a mistake entering the passcode, you return to step 3.
