How to Use Memory Polling

You can allow others to poll your fax machine and send them an original that has been previously read into memory (memory
polling). If you have originals set for other operations, you can still perform memory polling. The fax machine cannot send the
original if you simply place the original in the SPF or on the original table (it must be read into memory first).

After polling is completed, you can choose to have the original that was scanned into memory is automatically deleted or
preserved. If you preserve the original in memory, another person can poll your fax machine and receive the same original.
