ENTERING AUTO DIALLING INFORMATION
Entering Group Dialling Information Additions Erasing
By entering group dialling information, you can dial several fax numbers
automatically without using the numeric keys, having to press a series of rapid
keys, or using speed dialling. Simply press the rapid key in which the group
information has been stored. Together with rapid keys, you can enter a maximum
of 35 group dial keys, with a maximum of 100 numbers per group. However, the
total number of group dial numbers you can enter in the fax machine is 150.
How to Enter Group Dialling Information

From fax mode, press the ENTRY key.

Press the "3" key.

1=SET, 2=CLEAR
Instead of pressing the "3" key you can also press the left arrow key
(
) or right arrow key ( ) until this message appears, and then press
the ENTER key.

Press the "1" key.
Select to set group key information.

Press a rapid key (01 to 35) for which you want to enter
the group information.

If you have already entered rapid dialling information
in a particular key, you cannot make a new entry.
Note
If a group dial number already has information set,
when you press the rapid key an addition message is
displayed. If you do not want to add to the previously
entered numbers, press the "2" key, and you return
to step 2. If you want to add to the previously entered
group dial number, see page 2-33.
