General Description
Use this Memory Block to initialise all the system hardware. All system software and user
programming are retained after the Second Initialisation.

If VMS, FMS, ACD and/or IPT cards installed in the system, please ensure all cards have completed their startup
sequence before performing a second initialisation.
These cards are considered fully 'started up' about 5 minutes after power is applied.
