Start Timer Selection

General Description
Use this Memory Block to specify the time needed after dialling before the system starts the
Elapsed Call Timer, SMDR Start Timer, and Talk Start Timer.
With IPK R2000 and above, this memory block allows flexible entries and has four classes.
For R2000 only.
