Setting Detect Mode
Smart Edge (Line) detects the edge of the end face of an object, and detects the coordinate values, angle and
linearity of the approximate line to be detected from the coordinate value. In addition, the following
measurements are performed in each inspection mode.
Measure Deviation
Measures the edge detected in each cell and
the length of a perpendicular to the approximate
line through the edge (distance between the
edge and the approximate line). This is
"Deviation".
Measure Distance
Measures the distance between the start point
of scan in each cell and the detected edge.
Measure Width
Detects the distance between the two edges
detected in one cell as width.
