Step 6 Install the new transformer and secure it to the cabinet using screws.
Step 7 Connect the cables of the transformer in sequence. Check whether the cable labels are
consistent with the marks on the wiring terminals and whether all cables are connected.
Step 8 Switch on the mains input circuit breaker.
Step 9 Switch on the UPS input circuit breaker and the SPD circuit breaker.
Step 10 Start the UPS and the inverter, then turn on the UPS output switch.
Step 11 Switch on the load circuit breaker.
Step 12 Check whether the UPS generates abnormal alarms. If there is any alarm, clear it and start the
UPS.

4.5.2.6 Replacing the Circuit Breaker on PDU5000

Prerequisites




Procedure
Step 1 Open the front and rear doors of the Converged Cabinet.
Step 2 Turn off the battery switch. Remove the input power cable, UPS input and output power
cables, cabinet power cable, and signal cable from the rear of the PDU5000.
After removing cables, wrap exposed terminals with insulation tape and do not block cable
labels. If cable labels are blocked, cables may be connected incorrectly later.
Step 3 Remove the screws and pull out the PDU5000.
Step 4 Remove the top and front covers of the PDU5000.
Step 5 (Optional) Remove the copper bar of the circuit breaker on PDU5000.

Tools: electroprobe, insulation gloves, Phillips screwdriver, multimeter
Materials: spare functional circuit breaker on PDU5000 of the same model
The circuit breaker on PDU5000 is damaged or faulty and cannot work.
Replacing circuit breakers for PDU5000 results in service interruptions.
The upstream switch for the cabinets must be turned off. Ensure that the input is
disconnected during replacement.
