Check That
mounting ears are tightened to avoid incidents due to vibration.
Check That
The cabinet surface is clean and free of dirt and fingerprints.
There are no unnecessary adhesive tape or cable ties on cables.
No tape, cable tie, wastepaper, or packing bag is left in the cabinet.
Objects around the cabinet are intact and clean, with their original
appearance.
Check That
All ground cables are copper cables. Cable diameters are correct. No
switches or fuses are installed on the cables and no short circuit occurs.
Compare with the electric diagram to check that the ground cables, AC
power cables, and internal cables are correctly connected and screws are
secured. The burrs and the foreign matter lap at the connection terminals
are cleaned.
The lengths of ground cables and power cables are correct.
Lugs for power cables and ground cables are soldered or crimped securely,
not loose, no glitches leakage.
Power cables and ground cables are routed and bundled separately from
other types of cables.
Batteries are free of damage, cracks, and bulge.
Batteries are clear and experience no leakage.
Wiring terminals of batteries are free of damage, break, and acid leakage.
Battery safety valves remain intact and experience no acid leakage.
Batteries are connected correctly.
