Symptom
The power indicator (green)
is off.
The alarm indicator (yellow)
is steady on.
The alarm indicator (yellow)
is blinking.
The alarm indicator (red) is
steady on.
Issue 07 (2019-12-20)
Possible Cause
The transformer experiences
overtemperature.
Possible Cause
No AC input
PSU fault
Overtemperature protection
AC input overvoltage or
undervoltage protection
PSU communication failure
Monitoring module

4 Maintenance
Measure
activate the LCD
password.
If you forget the LCD
password and feature
code, contact your local
Huawei technical
support.
Keep the load power
consistent with the
designed capacity of the
transformer.
If the fault remains
unsolved, contact your
local Huawei technical
support.
Measure
Check whether the AC input
is abnormal.
Replace the PSU.
The ambient temperature
exceeds the upper
threshold. Increase the
cooling capacity of the
smart cooling product.
The air channel is
blocked. Unblock it.
Check whether the AC input
is abnormal.
1. Clean the connector in
the rear of the faulty
PSU.
2. If the fault persists,
replace the ECC800e
subrack.
If a single PSU is locked
out, disconnect the AC
input from the PSU, and
then power on the PSU
again after the indicator
turns off. If the fault
