Symptom
The UPS does not report
faults, but has no output
voltage.
The UPS does not start after
you press
The mains indicator is off.
The battery discharge time
is obviously less than the
standard time.
Abnormal noise or smell is
generated in the UPS
cabinet.
The battery indicator blinks.
The buzzer buzzes 1 second
and then stops 1 second. The
battery reserve is
insufficient. The UPS is
about to shut down.
You forget the password.
Issue 07 (2019-12-20)
Possible Cause
not securely connected.
 The UPS is deleted on
the ECC800e WebUI.
The output power cable is
not securely connected.
is not pressed long
. enough.
The UPS is overloaded.
The mains voltage or
frequency exceeds the UPS
input range.
Batteries are not fully
charged.
The battery performance
deteriorates.
The UPS is faulty.
 The UPS will soon shut
down due to insufficient
battery reserve, and loads
will be powered off.

The number of batteries
or the battery capacity is
incorrectly set.

4 Maintenance
Measure
 Add the UPS on the
ECC800e WebUI.
Check the output power
cable connection.
Press for more than 5
seconds until you hear a
beep sound.
Shut down all loads, and
restart the UPS.
Use a multimeter to verify
that the input voltage and
frequency meet
specifications.
Charge batteries for more
than 8 hours when the mains
is normal. Test the discharge
time again.
Contact your local Huawei
technical support to replace
batteries.
Shut down the UPS and cut
off the power input
immediately. Contact your
local Huawei technical
support.
 Save data and shut down
primary loads
immediately to avoid
data loss or damage.

Connect the UPS input
to the backup AC power
supply immediately.
 Verify that the number of
batteries and battery
capacity is correctly set
based on the actual
configuration.
 If you forget only the
LCD password (the
preset password is
000001), use the feature
code (the preset feature
code is 999999) to
