4.4 Troubleshooting

4.4.1 Troubleshooting Power Supply and Distribution Faults

Except mains outage, power supply and distribution faults are caused by the damage of one or
multiple components. Rectify the faults based on fault location and fault type.

Possible Cause
1. The batteries
have different
SOC values.
2. The batteries

SOH values.
1. The number of
cells in a battery
is incorrectly set.
2. The equalized
charging voltage
is incorrectly set.
3. In a battery
string, there is a
battery whose
voltage is lower
than the average
voltage.
4 Maintenance
Measure
1. Manually charge
batteries in
equalized mode.
Then perform a
capacity test after
ensuring that
abnormal battery
is fully charged.
2. Replace the
abnormal battery
based on the
SOH information
obtained during
the capacity test.
