Possible Cause
version fails to be
upgraded to the
target version.
The BIM is
damaged.
The Zigbee network
condition
deteriorates or the
cable is loose.

have different
SOC values.
2. The batteries
have different
SOH values.
1. The SOC values
are inconsistent
before battery
discharging.
2. The SOC values
are inconsistent
after battery
discharging.
1. The battery
terminal screw is
loose.
2. The battery
terminal is not
properly
connected to the
connector.
3. The battery has
an abnormal
SOH value.
4 Maintenance
Measure
package again and
perform another
upgrade.
Check whether the
BIM is abnormal.
Rectify cable faults
and verify that the
BIM is not shaded.
1. Start a shallow
discharge,
manually enable
equalized
charging, and
verify that the
abnormal
batteries are fully
charged.
2. Replace the
battery with the
SOH value
different from
others.
1. Manually charge
batteries in
equalized mode.
Then perform a
capacity test after
ensuring that
abnormal battery
is fully charged.
2. Replace the
abnormal battery
based on the
SOH information
obtained during
the capacity test.
1. Check that the
battery terminal
screw is
tightened.
2. Check that the
battery terminal
is properly
connected to the
connector.
3. Replace the
battery with an
abnormal SOH
value.
