3.2.9 (Optional) Setting SMS Alarm Notification

Prerequisites
If a SIM card (the card type is GSM or WCDMA) is configured, perform the following steps
to set the SMS alarm notification.
Issue 07 (2019-12-20)
If you want to set the password for the switch during operations, perform procedures as instructed by the
PuTTY tool.
Run the following commands to create vLAN 2:
<HUAWEI> system-view
[HUAWEI] vlan 2
[HUAWEI-vlan2] quit
Set ports 1-4 on the LAN switch to access mode and run the following commands to add
ports 1, 2, 3 and 4 to vLAN 2:
[HUAWEI] interface gigabitethernet 0/0/1
[HUAWEI-Ethernet0/0/1] port link-type access
[HUAWEI-Ethernet0/0/1] port default vlan 2
[HUAWEI-Ethernet0/0/1] quit
[HUAWEI] interface gigabitethernet 0/0/2
[HUAWEI-Ethernet0/0/1] port link-type access
[HUAWEI-Ethernet0/0/1] port default vlan 2
[HUAWEI-Ethernet0/0/1] quit
[HUAWEI] interface gigabitethernet 0/0/3
[HUAWEI-Ethernet0/0/1] port link-type access
[HUAWEI-Ethernet0/0/1] port default vlan 2
[HUAWEI-Ethernet0/0/1] quit
