For each trunk, indicate if Flash is for Flash (0) or open loop disconnect (1).
15-02-05 Multiline Telephone Basic Data Setup - Transfer Key Operation Mode
In order for the Cordless Lite/Cordless Lite II telephone user to be able to use the flash function,
this option must be set to "2". This changes the Transfer key to a Flash key.
