Setup Procedures
After the Multimedia Conference Bridge ETU is installed in the KSU, the PC that is
communicating with it must be configured to recognize the CNF ETU.
The default IP address of the CNF(16)-U20 ETU is:

The PC and CNF ETU must be connected using either a straight Ethernet cable , crossover
cable, or a small HUB. The CNF(16)-U20 ETU uses Medium Dependent Interface Crossover
(MDIX) sensing protocol that allows the ETU to automatically sense the type (straight or
crossover) of Ethernet cable used. To ensure communication between the PC and the ETU, they
must be attached to the same network.

11-07 Department Group Pilot Number
Assign a pilot number to the Multimedia Conference bridge department group.
16-01 Department Group Basic Data Setup
Use this data to assign basic function mode for each department group.
16-02 Department Group Assignment for Extension
Use this program to assign Extension to Department Groups.
15-03-03 Single Line Telephone Basic Data Setup
Use this program to allow a single line port to receive DTMF tones after the initial call setup, for
voice mail always enter 1.
