Programming
Programming - VoIP MG16 ETU
These programs are always required with the VoIP MG16 feature.
Programming - Static IP Address
In addition to the system programming for the MG 16 ETU, the IP telephone also has options which must
be programmed from the telephone itself. Be sure to set both the system and telephone options.
84-05-01
MG16- IP Address Setup - IP Address
For each ETU, enter the IP address for the MG 16 ETU (default: slot 1 = 172.16.0.20, slot 2 =
172.16.0.21, etc.). The IP address should be increased according to the number of VoIP MG16
ETUs.
84-05-02
Interface Mode/Speed
For each MG16 ETU , enter the Mode/speed setting (default: Auto).
84-05-03
Master/Slave Setting
For each MG16 ETU, enter the MASTER/Slave setting.
There can only be one MG16 assigned as "MASTER" and additional MG16 ETU must be set as "SLAVE".

Subnet Mask
For each ETU, enter the Subnet Mask used by the MG16 (default : 255.255.0.0).

Default Gateway
For each ETU, enter the default Gateway used by the MG16 (default: 0.0.0.0).
84-06-01
Setup - RTP Port Number
For each MG 16 ETU, enter the RTP port number (default: 10020).
