Possible Cause
The owner, group, or permission of
/usr/pcs/bin/pcsstart is incorrect.
The following error message is displayed at a diskless cnode:

No such device
or
Location = Open_hpib()
Function = open()
Parameter = /dev/rmb/hpib27
File table overflow
Possible Cause
The kernel for the diskless cnode is not
sucient. The device drivers
are not in the kernel, or
