If the system controller is installed in the standard system cabinet (Option 701, 702, 703, 704,
705, or 706), the controller is connected to the HP-IB of the system instruments using the 1 m
HP-IB cable furnished with the controller rack mount kit. See Figure 4-15.

If the HP 9000 series 300 model 340 or 345 controller is used as a system controller in the
diskless cluster, connect the HP-IB of the system instruments to the built-in HP-IB interface
