p9542 SI Motion actual value comparison tolerance (crosswise) (Control Unit)
Sets the tolerance for the crosswise comparison of the actual position between the
two monitoring channels

For a linear axis, the tolerance is internally limited to 10 mm. The default setting
of p9542 corresponds, for a configuration for "linear axis with rotary motor" and
default setting of p9520, p9521 and p9522, to a position tolerance on the motor
side of 36°.
