Adapting SI encoders

A list is created comparing the actual values of the relevant MD and Safety MD. The
corresponding drive parameter can be selected using the "SI drive parameters" softkey.
Using the "Calculate SI encoder data" softkey, a parameterizing recommendation for the safety
MD and parameters is determined and displayed. Further, a list that shows the actual values
of the corresponding machine data is created.
When configuring two encoders, the following rules apply:
● The first encoder is always the encoder for the drive
● The second encoder is always the encoder for the NCK
● $MA_ENC_INPUT_NR[0]=1
● $MA_ENC_INPUT_NR[1]=2
