Parameter

Explanation
A checksum protects the relevant MD to parameterize the axis-specific safety functionality. The alarm indi‐
cates that the actual checksum no longer matches the saved checksum, i.e. that either an MD value was
illegally changed or is corrupt.
In the commissioning phase (SPL commissioning mode active), instead of the individual axis-specific check‐
sum alarms (27032, 27035 and 27060), the axis-specific group alarm 27132 is displayed. MD10094
$MN_SAFE_ALARM_SUPPRESS_LEVEL can be used to further reduce the alarm display so that only one
alarm is displayed for all axes (global group alarm 27135).
