Description
● Opens the SINUMERIK archive comparison.
● As arguments, one or more paths can be specified for archives or parameter
files that are to be compared.
● Paths must be specified in straight quotation marks if spaces are included.
Example:
"C:\Path with spaces\"

that are to be compared.

The name of a comparison configuration can be specified. If the configuration
exists, then this is used.
NOTICE
Take the case sensitivity into account.
Imports all configurations defined in the configuration file.
Existing configurations with the same name will be overwritten.
Note
Select the configuration to be used via the "/config" switch.
You can create a configuration file in Diff via the "Compare" > "Edit configura‐
tion..." main menu, and then export it to a file via the "Tools" > "Export configura‐
tion..." main menu.
The transferred comparison objects are compared.
Generates a log file of the comparison result in XML format.
Note
If the "/xml" or "/html" switch is specified, Diff works without a graphic user
interface.
