Inserts a new step after the currently selected step and
selects this.
Inserts a new substep into the selected step and select
this. If a lower level does not exist, then it is created.

The steps of a level can either be selected or deselec‐
ted a multiple number of times (all can be selected/de‐
selected independent of one another) or individually
(selecting one deselects all others).
The step configuration is configured via the context
menu or via the settings of the property field.
The step activation is only disabled for the selected

the substeps, is disabled.
