By default, when creating a new project or an external component, an entry <Rights without
password> will be created with the following authorizations:

You can select the maximum authorizations via the Extended access protection button.
If, when opening the password list, other passwords exist with the access level "Full access,"
these cannot be viewed or modified, however they can be deleted.
