The "SM" column indicates whether a Sensor Module involves a first or second module. Sensor
Modules are shown in blue.
Column "AX DR" includes information about the axis-drive assignment.
User-specified topology(*.utz)
Using the "User-specified topology" drop-down list, a file that was assigned to the package or
a file located next to the package (prefix: "./") can be used.
A file from a different location can be selected with the "Browse" button. You cannot move
forward in the dialog without selecting a valid *.utz file.
Manual DO variable assignment
This SINAMICS topology dialog variant is used if "Initial state", "Offline archive"or "Automatic
configuration" was selected and no comparison topology was selected for the device
configuration of drives.
In this case, automatic axis-drive assignment is not possible using the dialog, as no
Comparison topology (*.ust) and no User-specified topology (*.utz) are available in which the
required axis-drive assignment is possibly configured.
The following diagram is an example of the dialog page when not using a comparison topology
after automatic device configuration.
