When BCLR LED is orange, check error type on console

screen. After error is corrected, LED automatically changes to
green. Do Not connect link between console and ETU until
BCLR turns green during booting.
HD Flash Status
Do not reset the ETU while the HD LED is flashing.

On when SHUTDOWN switch is in RUN to indicate
power on the ETU.
