Module length > 7 m; number of air
conditioners > 4
When the smart module is 4 meters long or less, no multi-functional sensor is deployed in the
network cabinet.
When the smart module is longer than 7 meters, deploy one multi-functional sensor in the module
aisle (one more control skylight is required). Connect the multi-functional sensor to any smart ETH
gateway in the middle.
If the NetCol5000-A 35 kW air conditioner is connected, adjust the number of smart ETH gateways
according to the actual connection situation.

Rules for Deploying Smart ETH
Gateways
Deploy two smart ETH gateways for each
end cabinet and IT cabinet in the middle in
the smart module, not for other cabinets. A
total of six smart ETH gateways should be
deployed, as shown in Figure 7-58.
