4.1 Installing Cabinets (with Bases)

Prerequisites
The upper surface of the ESD floor is flush with the upper surface of the base.
Procedure
Step 1 Place a cabinet onto the base and adjust the cabinet position to ensure that the mounting holes
in the cabinet and base are aligned with each other.
Step 2 Level the cabinets. Ensure that the height deviation of all cabinets is less than 3 mm.
