3.5 (Optional) Installing the PDC Tail Frame

Context
A tail frame is used to increase the depth of a PDC to 1200 mm. Its bill of materials (BOM)
number is 21242025. Figure 3-29 shows the effect of tail frame installation.

Procedure
Step 1 Use eight M5 tapping screws to secure the tail frame accessories to the tail frame, as shown in
Figure 3-30.
