instructions for test execution are described.
Number of Available Settings
You can totally set up to four Rotation Adjustment (Contour) and Contour Matching checkers per product type and
memory.
Example Combination of Settings
•
Four Rotation Adjustment (Contour) checkers
•
Four Contour Matching checkers
•
Two Rotation Adjustment (Contour) checkers + two Contour Matching checkers
Running a Test
Before saving a base position, you can perform a test to check whether or not objects were detected. When a live
image is displayed, a base position is saved after capturing a new image. When a memory image is displayed,
the current memory image is saved as a base position without capturing any image.
1.
Select "ROT. ADJ. (CONTOUR)".
2.
Press the A key while the tab or item under the tab is highlighted.
If no object is detected, the following error code will appear below the message area.
E0044
Check the image to make sure that the error code above does not appear or the object is detected.
The ROT.ADJ. (CONTOUR) function is available if the camera mode (, which can be set by selecting
"ENVIRONMENT" > "Initial Settings" > "Camera Mode") is set to one of the following modes:
•
D.S. Random Frame
•
Normal Frame
•
Int. Sync Mode Frame
