10.5 Switching and Registering Data Using External Signals

The following operations including inspection execution and data output can be performed by inputting external
signals
Switching product types: Switches the product types to be inspected using the external signals
Switching display camera images: Switches the images to be displayed on the screen using the external
signals.
Re-registering the template: Updates the template (base image) using the external signals.

10.5.1 Switching the Product Types

This is a function to read the product type to be changed among the 64 product types that saved in the PV310,
which is called "Product type switch". The number of the target product type is specified by inputting IN1-6 signals,
and the product types are switched when TYPE signal (TYP) is input.
When you set switching the product types to operate through the computer link communication, the device refers
to the specified register of the PLC and switches the product type to the same number as the register storing
value. The values input to IN1-6 are not referred.
Specifying the Number of Target Product Type
Specifying the number of the product type that you want to call using IN1- 6 (6 bit). Specify the value subtracted
one from the actual product type number in the form of binary data. Refer to the tables shown below.
