Settings for ballast and group functions are made in this window.
Users can choose to parametrize the Functions function individually by group/ballast or to adopt the
parameters from the Functions template.
The individual parameter window (X groups/Group x / functions) is the same as the template parameter
window (X template/Functions template). Therefore the description below applies to both the template and
the Group x and Ballast x parameter windows.
