7.4 Statistics (QS01 - QS16)

7.4.1 Main Functions

Counting Number of OK/NG Judgments and Analyzing OK Judgement Results
As for up to 16 items of the quoted numeric calculation and judgement results, AX40 counts the number
of OK/NG judgment results. Counting of the number of OK/NG judgement results starts after turning the
device on. The counted results can be reset to 0 by turning off the device, changing the product types
and forcibly resetting the results. In addition, the following data of the results of the numeric expression
from which the OK judgement result can be obtained.
• Average value
• Variance value
• Max.
• Min.
• Range (difference between Max and Min)
Counting Scanning Number
The number of inspections is counted after the device is turned on. Judgement result is returned to "0" by
turning off the device, switching the product types and forcibly resetting the system.
