Select "Target" to press the ENTER key.
Select "White (Extr.)"->"Black (Not Extr.)"/"Black (Not Extr.)"->"White
(Extr.)" from the submenu.
"White(Extract)" -> "Black(Not Extract)":
Detects a point that changes from white to
black in a binary image and from "extract"
color to "Not Extract" color in an extraction
image.
"Black(Not Extract)" -> "White(Extract)"
Detects a point that changes from black to
white in a binary image and from "not
extract" color to "extract" color in an
extraction image.

Select "Position Adj.".
When making a position /rotation adjustment, set the number.
You can specify only the position/ rotation adjustment to which the lower
numbers than the Binary Edges has been assigned.

Set "Filter" and "Width".
Test in default status. If the areas you do not want to extract are detected,
increase the value.
Filter and Width:
This function will be helpful if there are the objects of the same color as
an object you want to detect. It will allow the AX40 to ignore a foreign
object if the object is less than the preset values in length.

Length of the scan directions
Width
Length of 90-degree angle rotation directions
For example, if you want to detect edge A when there are two
objects of different sizes in an area, set to the same setting values
as in the picture shown below.
Filter: 30
The filter of the first object from the left can be
ignored, because its "Filter" is 10
Width: 40
The width of the second object from the right can be
ignored, because its "Width" is 30.

Press the A key to begin to test.
Verify that judgement results and X/Y coordinates that appear in the message area.
If you output the judgement result to the external device, use the "Judgement Output"
function and if the measurement data, use the "Num. Calcu." function.
When testing using the CHECKER menu, operation procedure defers depending on the
image currently displayed.
