Checker
Description
Rotation Adjustment:
With each checker function, detects the angle of the object with the position
(coordinates) of the object and calculates the rotation angle from the base
angle. Group checkers are executed at the position where the object is shifted
from the base position by the adjustment amount. But, only the rotation
adjustment checkers, to which the lower numbers are assigned, can refer to the
adjustment amount.
Binary Edge
Detects an angle on the basis of the coordinates of the
Horizontal
two edges that can be detected by scanning in horizontal
direction.
Binary Edge
Detects the angle on the basis of the coordinates of the
Vertical
two edges that can be detected by scanning in vertical
direction.
Gray Edge
Detects the angle on the basis of the coordinates of the
Horizontal
two edges that can be detected by scanning in horizontal
direction.
Gray Edge
Detects the angle on the basis of the coordinates of two
Vertical
edges that can be detected by scanning in vertical
direction.
Feature
Rotation Adjustment that utilizes the angle of the principal

axis detected by Feature Extraction. (+/- 90 degree
angle)
Matching
Rotation Adjustment that utilizes the angle created by the
straight line connected to the two detection points that
were detected with two Smart Matchings and the X axis
Contour
Rotation Adjustment that utilizes Contour Matching
Matching
supportable for 360-degree. Up to two of Contour
Matching can be set per product type (including contour
matching checkers).
