5.2 Setting the Number of Cameras Used

Choose "Camera 1" or "Camera 1+2" according to the number of cameras used.
1.
Highlight "ENVIRONMENT" in the menu bar.
The ENVIRONMENT menu is displayed.
2.
Select "Initial Settings".
The Initial Setting menu is displayed.
3.
Highlight "Camera".
Choose either "Camera 1" or "Camera 1+2".
Camera 1
This function is available if you use only one camera. An
image captured with the camera that is connected to the
Camera 1 port is stored in Memory 1 or Memory 2.
Camera 1+2
This function is available if you use two cameras. An image
captured with the camera that is connected to the Camera 1
port is stored in Memory 1. An image captured with the camera
that is connected to the Camera 2 is stored in Memory 2.
If you use one camera, be sure to connect it to the Camera 1 port.
If you set "CAMERA" to "Camera 1" when two cameras are connected to the AX40, the
image of Camera 2 will not stored in Memory 2.
Shutter speeds of the cameras can be specified per product type. Refer to page 58 for the
setting.
