15. Move the throttle control knob to the "fast" position

16. Pull the outer housing of the throttle cable until the
inner wire has almost no slack and tighten the cable
clamp (Fig. 0907).

17. Move the throttle control knob to the "slow" position.
Ensure the throttle moves smoothly (Fig. 0908).
