4. Move the negative battery terminal boot and dis-
connect the negative (black) battery cable from the
battery (Fig. 0236).

5. Turn the fuel valve to the "Off" position (Fig. 0237).

6. Slide the hose clamp off the fuel line at the fuel
pump (Fig. 0238).
