10. Install the castle nut onto the axle (Fig. 0123).

11. Torque the castle nut to 6.5 ft-lbs. (8.8 Nm) while
turning the hub to seat the bearings and to remove
all endplay. Loosen the castle nut until it is away
from the washer/bearing then tighten the castle nut
until it contacts the washer/bearing. The wheel hub
must be free to rotate and have no endplay (Fig.
0124).

12. Install a cotter pin securing the castle nut to the axle
(Fig. 0125).
